The best gym for beginners. The Master has 35 years of experience in his field. He will teach very kindly. First i joined for fat loss when i was 86 kg of weight, now i am 75 kg after 3 months, now i started the body building.i have reduced 11 kg in 3 months by the work out and the diet plan prepared by him. He will be guide as personal trainer. Gym mates are very kind persons.
