Every time when given service, bike would be ridden at least 30kms, petrol almost dry, coolant just above minimum, one time even bike tyre was puncture, realised after taking it home. I purchased a Duke 390 here it's like customer should plead them to take their bike for servicing. After servicing expect a very hefty bill with unwanted services like air filter change everytime.

Very worst experience...I gave my bike for service... When i came for delivery my bike was driven 50kms more from the kms from which I left ...my fuel was almost empty...
As per my observation. The staff there in ktm service are good. But due to the management guidance they always say a word "the part is gone you need to replace it" most of the time they will try to replace parts rather than servicing it. Next is payment mode. When you want to pay with credit or debit card they are saying 2.5% extra charge. I asked them it a charge to be paid by merchant not the customer. Even you can google RBI rules. But the manager and payment counter girl boldly said it is order from our management. Then KTM person came and told me always we say our customers to pay by cash. He himself took me to ATM for cash withdrawal .I don't know know these guys are charging 2.5% boldly against RBI orders. Is this their talent of cheating or is RBI weak. I'll definitely complaint about this to RBI directly.
Better go for some other dealer, not reliable. No commitment!
