Exceptional service and very well maintained saloon.Provided gloves, shoe cover. Good to go during this pandemic situation. Staff were provided with use and throw clothing during saloon activities.

Got an exceptional service from naturals and it's my first time here. Service was provided by brother Usmaan.. He was really helpful though we couldn't make perfect language communication. He advised whatever he can and was amused to get served by him. Make a pay raise for him if possible. Also other staffs well behaved. Cool place to visit and get served. Anticipating to get again there... Good job mates

I am a regular customer to this branch. Although I have 3 other Naturals saloon before reaching here from my home, I always prefer the Rajakilpakkam branch as their service is consistently good compared to other branches and here they don't trouble you often asking you to take extra services like hair spa or facial. Whenever the person starts troubling me saying - sir you have dandruff, hair is dry, face is dull, I never go to that branch again. I understand they have targets but asking once is fine and if the customer is not interested its better to leave them. Luckily this branch never troubles customers like that. Special thanks to Rizwan - very polite and he does hair cut patiently and as expected. Along with haircut I also had hair spa during my last visit and his service was really good.

I got Hairstraightening and facial done here and was quite satisfied. I was attended to by pratima provided excellent service with utmost care and patience . The ambience and pricing was also good.
