I had worst experience during this pandemic situation. For hair cut and beard trimming i have been charged rs 590 which is not usual price. The usual price i was charged at T.nagar Naturals is 210 including tax. I understand Naturals to follow safety measure by providing the mask, top cover, shoe cover etc etc , But nothing has been followed at this branch and i was added with extra amount saying by the name of corona safety measure. I would need Naturals to make audit on the actions suggested to follow.

I hold Naturals membership and have been a regular customer of this outlet for more than 5 years now. Recently stylist Siva has been very courteous and perfectly suits my style of hair cut. While I have been satisfied with the services provided by the stylist it is sad that the facilities are deteriorating. Men's section does not have hot water facility for hair wash and I have been repeatedly complaining about this but no actions taken till now. If such much needed facilities are not available patronage will automatically come down. I request the owners to consider this on priority.
