Buffet not available in restaurant. Some of the dishes and ice cream desserts not available. But, in food wise. Cream soups excellent. All the food items very tasty. Pot biriyani awesome.

Buffet items are not tasty.... Chicken soup is like chicken kulambu ... Biriyani is toomuch spicy. No hospitality.

First time at SRM grands Chennai, already have visited Trichy SRM hotel few months ago. Food was fine, some of the dishes are different from other hotels. Pineapple chat and Crispy baby corn is perfect. Whereas Panner tikka and Panner butter masala can be improved. Neat and hygienic. Doesn't feel heavy after good dinner. That's very important to attract frequent customers. Desserts are also good.
