I had reached out to Neev seeking admission for my 5.5 year old son. Though they could not offer him an admission due to the COVID situation, they went that extra mile to take time to meet with us, understand our view towards education and spoke with us in detail about the montessori and waldorf schools in chennai. Neelu is so passionate about what she does and there were many moments where I felt emotional and moved, especially when she talked about anthroposophical connection and how age appropriate curriculum helps. That’s how inspiring the teachers are! The school play area and the environment is so unique and beautiful. My son fell in love with this place the moment he walked in and didn’t want to leave at all. My best wishes to Neev and I sincerely hope they are able to resume elementary and higher classes in the near future.

The most wonderful place where kids learn not only to read and write to clear just the exams but a place where they learn their own responsibilities , humanity, way to express their thoughts, how to face the world with boldness? A school, where the elementary children ( age group of 6 to 12) take their own ownership in guiding the Primary kids (age group of 2 to 6). Children are taught how to do their day today activities independently with perfection... Best foundation place for kids to learn various subjects like English, maths, Tamil, Hindi, science, geography, history, environment, music,games, physical activities, carpentry, painting, dance, yoga, pot making, cooking and finally how to work as a team and also as an individual.. Stress free place for kids to learn about the life , environment and the world..

In a era, where, certain schools perceive education to be merely to teach children how to read and write, Neev foundation comes to our rescue. Neev is a place where children are educated in the right sense. I had always wanted my son to go to a school where he is educated about his responsibilities towards others in the society, where sharing, caring and respect to people are all taught. Neev, in addition to teaching children in a manner in which they understand clearly also encourages children to ask questions. This is a school where my son learns to read write, behave, help, share and care, on the whole, I would say, a place where my son is being educated very well.

2018 coming to an end, I can clearly tell that the best thing that happened to our family this year is that we enrolled our daughter in Neev Montessori. “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder” is a saying everyone’s familiar with; Neev is a place where kids are seen as they truly are. The search for the best Montessori schools in Chennai was a tough one, but the decision-making was easy though. The school is easily accessible throughout OMR and the ECR. May be there are quite a lot of schools that offer Montessori education but Neev is a class apart. For example, one of the many advantages this school has got is it’s location where children live what they learn and vice-versa. The environment is green, the air is fresh; the children are surrounded by chirping of birds and rustling of leaves. The play area in the school is scientifically designed for children. The children get exposed to a variety of things such as animal welfare and conservation, carpentry, tree plantation, and so on. The teachers are AMI-trained and have about 2 decades of expertise in Montessori education. Not many Montessori schools in Chennai get to have these. I appreciate how dedicated and passionate they are in what they’re doing. My little one being taken care of such hands, eyes, and minds is more than what I could’ve asked for. Parenting is not just important, it is a form of ART, a skill; Thank you Neev for being an inspiration.

I was in a hunt for montessori on the ECR lane for a very long time and spoke to a few too. But when I spoke to the Head, I knew that my hunt was over. The entire school and teachers not only practice Montessori but beleive and enjoy the alternate education system. The school is a beautiful place filled with birds and lots of open space. They understand and respect a child and his boundaries so very well. Its a delight to see children bond with the teachers and enjoy the space.

Neev Montessori is a fantastic school with compassionate and well educated staff. The school setting and environment caters well for children’s needs and there is a focus on maintaining connections with nature. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at Neev.
