I have visited this Office for name change. My work got completed within 1 hour. Representatives were very helpful. Only cons is that they don't have a representative to guide the people. Atleast 3 needed. Need to open more counters to accommodate and resolve more crowd. Suggest: Online processing of requests.

I had to collect my smart card (after I had applied it 3 months ago) and went here with an assumption that my work will not be done. Luckily, I was given a proper response and I received the card the very same day.

Hello frnds , i visited at this place , applying smart card they always i mean many times they will say next month you will get your smart card and after a month passes and when i come back to this office they will say us to apply once again and i did so and after a month i again visited this office and again the same problem and they will say us to apply from net centre , frnds when i went to net centre a lady did something in her computer and after applying she said that ,this time surely u will get ur card without any problem and taken print of that paper and gave me . Realy frnds that lady was so intelligent . If she would work in this she will surely work very fast and staff of this office are working very slowly and after a month passed i thrice visited and asked about card they are saying that ur card is ready but u must have to wait , frnds there is no readon to wait but i waited because i dont want to visit at this place again. And finally only for taking smart card i had waited for 3 hrs.
