Products are ok but customer service is very bad. Everytime I shop here I have an unpleasant experience during checkout/ payment. They only treat people who come in an Audi or a Benz with respect. For the rest of us regular folks who just want healthy groceries for the family, the staff often ignore and make us wait for long and act like they have more important phone calls or some other work. This happens everytime we shop here. Never again will I step into this snobby shop with such poor customer service.

Love this place. Sells authentic organic veggies, fruits, millets, snacks and powders. Extremely well organised and their timely delivery during such covid times can't be more emphasised.

Went to the shop after seeing all the positive reviews for the first time. Bought Carrot and potato amongst other veg. Huge crowd was there and people were not allowed to pick up veg but that's sensible on account of corona. I also could not check the quality of vegetables as I wanted to leave the place because of crowd and also thought the quality will be there as the price was high. I was shocked to see most of the carrot and potato given were rotten. I messaged Murali about this and he did not even bother to reply. Defenitely won't go to the shop again. Wonder whether all reviews are genuine.
