Took xuv 300, all the cars are basic model cars, the cars don't have features what we expect from that particular vechile, I took xuv 300, that don't have adjustable seat height, adjustable steering, no cruise control, no steering mounted audio control. No day n night irvm, only manual orvm, and the car was not maintained properly, they told that the car was just came from service, but the clutch was in very worst condition, can't able to use top gear and reverse gear now n then, most of the time clutch petal is not released fully, have to push from back of petal to completely release the petal, so better to avoid this xuv300 vechile from guindy mychoice. After that I didn't try any other car from my choice, as my first car from them was itself a problem, so I don't need to take risk anymore. And for fasttag they are charging 28% gst extra separately from the security deposit. And they will not support you when you are outside chennai, if there is any breakdown you will be left in road, and simply they will say we can't do anything, since you are outside chennai.

Received a well maintained car (1 year old car Swift). Booked for 2 days, got car for the best price. Easy pickup and drop facility at Guindy office. But they have speed limit for all their cars (80kmpl) but i think the speed limiter was not installed. They are providing the well cleaned car during delivery and they are expecting the car in same condition during return. Overall they have a great customer service and surely will use MyChoize cars again in future. Finally while comparing with other top self rental car providers like ZoomCar & Revv, MyChoize is much better.
