Firstly, thanks OYO for starting this OYO Life across the city. But unfortunately this particular property fails to serve you. The management in the building is so careless on the things happening.. * If you are ready for the sea water bath you can step in - water is that much salty and the management who is responsible there is not ready to install filter even after many complaints from many of us who stayed there. *Kitchen is common for 6 flats - which means no cleanliness in the kitchen. *No car parking if you are looking for and for bike it is not a covered parking. *If you gonna take 2 sharing rooms then bathroom is common for 3* people - which means 2 set of rooms in the same flat uses the same bathroom. *Sometimes the water for bath stinks very bad. *I stayed for 2 months and ended up with Hair fall and rashes.

1..Water is not good..i think its direct connect to marina..fully salt 2..common kichen for 18 rooms almost 20 peoples sharing one kitchen..you never cook and ate on time.. 3..Sometimes water stinks and contains black colour dust and which causes rashes and alergy and hair fall.. 4..Over all rent is high..we need to extra pay for AC 5..Kitchen common things are not well..( fridge, induction, plates, watercans, common vessels) 6..Definitely you will get backpain..if you sleep on matresses..

Worst place to stay. Water is like sea water its so much salty and also sometimes black water with full of mud comes which causes allergies. Only one common kitchen in the terrace for three buildings. Only two induction for 24people. Mattress provided in the bed is of poor quality which causes back pain. Its pathetic to stay here.

My first experience was a worse experience with OYO life. Black coloured water. Water quality is very bad and stinks, TDS is very high, Just like ocean water. For 3-blocks only one kitchen, no cleanliness. I got back pain due to low quality mattress.

It's completely waste of money. Rooms might look nice, but you'll face very muddy and salty water often. Kitchen is not clean, refrigerator and washing machine are mostly in breakdown. The staff won't solve your problems, just keep on postponing them

You have very good privacy, security and good maintanace. Kitchen is provided in terrace(insecured for people) , otherwise the oyo pg is neat and clean.

Place is not good for stay . Water quality is too bad and very harmful as tds is very high and these people are not taking any actions.location is good near to bus stand.
