After waiting for nearly an hour to for the shop to open, the person at the shop told me that he can arrange 1 Bridgestone tyre in 30 minutes. He quoted 9400 for EP150 model. After few minutes, the person told that he has a Apollo tyre in stock which he can get in 10 minutes but Bridgestone may get 90 minutes to get. I informed the person that I need only 1 car for time Being and I’d prefer Bridgestone. Now the person told that I’ve to buy 2 Bridgestone Tyres instead of 1. I insisted that I want only 1 tyre but the person said that he can sell only 2 tyres and if I want he can sell Apollo. So i decided not to buy and went to another shop nearby “Lal Tyre”. Not only the customer service was good but I got the same Bridgestone EP150 tyre for just 7200 whereas I was offered 9400 in PC tyre. I wouldn’t recommend PC tyre since they are getting involved in cheating customers and forcing them to buy more tyres.
