Staffs are so helpful. They explained everything patiently.They have plenty of eyeshadow pallets in their store and they helped me to find eyeshadow pallets in my budget thank u pac I'll visit again.

I have provide zero rating to this store. Worst service ever seen. I went to purchase brush set I paid nd got it nd return home then I try to open they put the box in very small bag which we can't pul the box out. Completely worst service. Don't go there. Try to use online or went other showroom. Even the sale girl not at all ready to attn the customer. I am taking about only for the service not with the product quality. Product quality is awesome as always.

I adored much and felt lucky and I have started collecting the products very first from here and they've provided a compliment(straightener).,they've motivated me a lot and felt so intimate with them ,emotionally describing them and they are really true hearted person..people from PAC COSMETICS AREN'T MONEY MINDED PERSONS.. Tried to reach in whatsapp to purchase brushes from them for home delivery, and there was no response. I don't recommend this place. You can buy from Nykaa stores.

Pac products are really good. I loved it. Very good customer service. A lady in the shop helped me to pick the correct foundation shade. Also she explained me how to use the products. am very much satisfied with your service.

My wife does her shopping here often, I am writing this review after giving a five star rating before around 5-6 months, so that others can benefit out of the review. The products are genuine and durable you can be assured. Our personal experience with the showroom was great, Mr.Shankar who runs and owns this place values every single customer, provides genuine feedback about products before sale setting the right expectations, so no hidden or foul play. We bought a ring arounlight ford 12K, it turned out to become faulty within a month, Mr.Shankar tried hard and made sure to get it replaced which was a exceeding customer expectations. All the best to this lovely couple who runs this showroom and we would recommend this showroom to anyone for personal makeup products or for any makeup artists...go for it people
