Not all people from popular service would incline towards customer satisfaction and I wouldn't blame them as they come across hundreds of customers each and everyday, end of the day they are humans. I had once reported an issue on after service of my car , done with Popular Saligramam centre . And I got a overwhelming response from the team and my car was immediately picked , issue resolved and returned back . Am very happy with the response. I got call from branch head, and gave good attention to the issue. Also thanks to customer service personnel who personally accompanied the vehicle on delivery and ensured am satisfied. This gives me complete confidence to continue as Popular customer. Once again appreciate the support and concern for your valuable customer.
It would be good if they have placed the jack and tools correctly in the boot. Otherwise no complaints
Visitors seating place not having proper ventilation n air condition. Whenever I visited it's too hot to sit. Please provide fans.
A regular customer to Popular vehicles and services for almost 2 decades. Very happy about the customer service and the service quality of popular. Especially popular Saligramam is always my preferred service station, as the customer service is the best, one stop solution for all services. I changed 3 cars, never tried to change the brand Maruti and service station.
From the time we bought car our first wagon-R in 2001 till the wagon-R the we bought in 20015 our one and only service place is this popular service in saligramam. They have been providing the best service and at most care for our cars. We even had difficult time when we were not able to bring the car for service, but once we called them and told the situation they responded quickly and picked up the car for service. we are happy with the service. We have been dealing with Ms.shiny the manager who has been very helpful and the way she is handling our cars is superb. Thank you all for giving us quality service and care.... We have introduced our friends to get their car service here and they are also happy with your service.... We will continue our relationship with popular service for rest of the years too...

Most annoying customer care callers. Inspite of we telling them we don’t need any service, they call you up everyday 6 days a week and irritate us!!
