This is the worst place to buy bikes. I booked a bike with advance amount paid by cash and committed to give delivery in one week. I have waited 10 days no responses received from them. Thereafter a sales representative called and informed that the black color is not available now and you chose with other colors. I'm not interested to buy some other colors. Hence we requested them to refund the same. For refunds the gave me more formalities to get refund like we need to give request letter along with original receipt. Okay the next day I took letter with original receipt. They received and informed to get refund by evening. I said I'm not able to come in the evening nor I collect the payment day after tomorrow. They said OK. The next day I went there they replies our manager is not available, director is not available taking more delays. Finally they gave me a cheque for refund amount. While we paid advance by cash in turn they will return money in cheque only.. What is the policy you adopt?? I don't understand.

Earlier used to be good. Now service quality has dropped majorly. I am quite unhappy with the service quality. More importantly they do major tax fraud. If u pay through credit card they ask u extra 2.5% but doesn't give u a bill for the same. The sales department is committing major tax fraud through this method

Bajaj makes low quality bikes! And my RS 200 has caused me a lot of trouble. One fine day,My Engine breaks down and stops all of sudden in Saidapet and I had to service my bike here. Decently good service But they look after the problems only if we tell them to! My bike had multiple problems, but only few were taken care of.
