We did a 1 day baking class at Pranamy Kitchen Melody where she taught us to bake a 2-layer cake and some cupcakes. She is a really involved teacher and actually helped us understand different techniques for each of the steps. She even gave us great notes and did not stop till we actually understood and were able to perform each of the steps ourselves. I would totally recommend her class to anyone who is mildly or professionally interested in baking.

This class was the best one I've attended so far . Prerana gave individual attention to every participant and the amount of support was tremendous . I was actually surprised by the number of recipes covered in the session and it was totally hands on . She drops hints , tips and tricks here and there with a encouraging smile . She really does Kindle your passion and I would recommend each and everyone to attend this bread baking workshop to kick start their home baking experience
