Please don't even try to visit the hospital especially Parthasarthy, he is good a doctor but after firm he is just money minded and don't care about the patients health, my dad had stomach pain since two years and gastric problem so he prescribed paracetamol, gastric tablets without even scanning when he continuously saying about the pain he simply Gave pain killers and sleeping tablets ,where his pain was completed suppresses bcoz of the tablets and but finally our whole was in a shock that he had cancer after consulting with the other private hospital and tat too it was on his final stage, we couldn't digest, if he had not ate those tablets he would felt pain so we could have diagnosed his problem at earliest but those made his disease severe and grow big, when ever my dad said and asked for a scan he said I know my job and u don't teach me, but If the doctor had heard my dad's word he would have been saved, now all oncologist says its difficult to save him, to my family my dad is everything I am losing him everyday it's bcoz of him if it was diagnosed earlier he would have been, I am not the person who writes review but I don't want any one of them in my situation, please save your ,don't rely on family medical centre, we r the best example of it,we people totally believe on doctors but the doctors simply give medicines just to suck medicine so we visit every time and pay them ,please be careful he is absolutely money minded

Dr. Parthasarathy used to be a good doctor but then he set up Sarayu now Prime Medical and became just another money making business man. I was his patient for 12 years but not any more. Waiting time is ridiculous at the clinic - from one hour a few years ago it is now three hours. He gives his number to old patients and specifically tells you to call if there is any problem and then shouts at you and accuses you of misusing his number if you call for an emergency. I've been his patient for 12 years and have called his number at the most five or six times in all these 12 years and he calls that "misuse". Pity how money can change a good man. Thankfully there are thousands of other dedicated doctors in Chennai who really care about your welfare. Trust this doc at your own risk.

Dr. Parthasarathy is a genius. He identified a rare syndrome that otherwise would have been hard to diagnose. I made an appointment for 10 am and was able to see the doctor by another 40 mins. Not bad for a clinic in the city.

This is a family health centre located at Anna Nagar and Extremely Bad in keeping up the appointments. Probably the receiptionsts confirm appointments without checking with Doctors and finally the elders have to suffer. I sent one person and the old person had to wait for almost 2 hours. Elderly people please avoid visiting this place. People who has lot of free time can pass their time since any way you are going to wait for 2 hours minimum. Let the owner and the Doctors should put themselves in the patients shoes and should not give appointment if they can not see within a reasonable time. You can not presume that we are coming to this place just because we do not know any one. Some recommended this place hence we came. We will never recommend this place even to our enimies.
