Project Delta is the recruitment programme of SPI Incubator that aims to hire (for internships as well as placements) exceptional candidates not just for SPI Incubator but other like minded organisations too. We believe that a consolidated effort towards this will enable each one of us to make the best use of our resources while we strive for the right fits for our organisations. Project Delta is a platform that helps us identify individuals who want to do something beyond the norm and help them fill gaps in the skills they need. This is accomplished by placing them with an organisation in our network that best suits their skills. This enables a mutually beneficial relationship in terms of learning and business development between the organisation as well as the candidate. We engage with a wide range of colleges to find bright students who show exceptional skills and also have a spark in them to run after their passion.
