Very poor quality of work and customer service. First, the installation was delayed and then it was totally botched. When we complained they kept telling us to wait saying that the solar heater would soon work. It never worked. After I persisted, they blamed the problem on Bosch the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a technician of theirs to look into the problem and found that the solar heater was improperly installed. I’ll never deal with this company ever. Stay away, they do not know what they are doing.
