I gave my blue colour bag for repairing for stitching and fitting four bushes on 13-4-15 to your Indira nagar Metro Station, Bangalore shop and I was told that it will be ready on next day i.e. 14-4-15. My receipt no is 11403. Full amount was also taken from me in advance. Today eleven days are over. Since then I made at least four visits. But bag was not ready. Every time I was told that by today evening, it would be delivered to your residence. My address was also taken by Mrs. Mohana in your office (her cell no. - 973908652). Daily she is giving me false promises that it will be delivered positively today. But all in vain. More than the cost of repair, I have spend on my petrol charges and calls. Pl. let me know, what should I do under these circumstances. OR you will you intervene & get back my bag and money. And I promise you that in future I will never approach your shop(s).

very bad service.I gave my husband's shoe for polishing and some patch work.They have taken 550Rs on the day of taking up the work. This happened on 2.8.15.I went after a month,the work was incomplete.They promised to finish and courier.Today it is 13.09.15,more than two months.Don't even think of getting anything repaired from them.Totally unprofessional.
