Had a poor experience by sending frieghts to Australia have lost around 40 thousand indian rupees including shipping and items they didn't know what to send and what not to send instead of putting jaggery in the item list they mentioned sweet all my frieghts got stuck and doesn't pass the border check. They are simply send the freight to private shipping company like FedEx they charge more than actual cost and never own the shipments everything pushed into customer name this is really frustrating no proper packaging as well. Don't go with this Packers
