Contact number given for service is not attended. Though they mentioned service is open they have not picked up the call. Then I tried for sales and the customer executive has picked the call and he said service customer care will operate only from 10.00am which they have not mentioned in the website.

Earlier this showroom was really supportive and listen to customer complaints, now they are falling apart. They(service executives) fail to lend their ears to customer complaints. The service quality is reduced over the years. The delivery of the bike after service is on time but all the complainant are not addressed they miss something sometimes have to highlight frequently and get it done with waiting time this is bad, if they improve this then it would be really appreciable

I am k.Thavachselvan from chennai , My Passion pro BS6 got accident on 8/02/2021 . At the same day I leave the vehicle for Service at RADHA AUTOMOBILES SHOW ROOM , WEST TAMBARAM , CHENNAI - 45. Next day evening (united india insurance)surveyor came to the showroom and check the vehicle given the approval. Then after 2 days I visit the service centre and meet the service engineer for vehicle feedback, He told me all spare parts order to the Delhi office , with in 10 days spare all received, after that with in 2 to 3 days I delivered the vehicle to you sir . But still now (02/03/2021) my vehicle is not delivered in my hand . Today i visit the service centre to see my vehicle feedback , I meet service engineer & Manger for vehicle feedback , Both person told me still now spare didn't received from Delhi office,I got very irresponsible answer from services engineer & MANGER . More than 20 working days over , very very worst response from the service centre, kindly check the above details and take action for my vehicle. please do the need ful at the earliest . Waiting for your valuable reply .
