Rajasthan book bank youth association doing a great job, i completed my engineering in 1989 , rajasthan book bank helped me a lot supplying books in those days , RYA helps i never forgot in my life time.

RYA book bank is very popular in Chennai. They offer books to engineering, science and arts streams at very low initial amount that too they do return after the books returning. Thanks for the people who are working hard for it.

They have not returned my hard earned money for the mistake they have committed by not issuing receipt at the time of giving deposit by cash. I explained to them clearly what had happened at that time. They repeatedly stating that receipt is required for refund. If so they should have kept their copy of the receipt in the file. I thorougly checked but it is not found theirr copy also. This mean they have not issued receipt. This is very true. The Trustees arguments are this is required for auditing. My counter argument is if so how they issued books to my son and the same has been returned properly without file. These people are talking great rules to refund my given money how they will issue books without deposit. The very purpose of helping needy students of the goal of RYA is almost dead here. This is my heart felt feeling and the RYA Trustees are not realising the fact and not even try to refund my hard earned money with them. Even one fellow argued if you lost Bank Deposit receipt whether they will give your money back. If so bank will ask for indemnity bond to refund the deposit money.Why they have not followed this rule and why don't they convince their audit peoples. They know the fact. This report is from the heart of the Parent. I am still having hope that they will resolve my issue very soon.
