Got some minor issue in our LG washing machine drain line. Very nicely handled by the technician. With very minimal cost problem is solved within 10 min. Good work done. Very nice cooperation by the owner & the staff who attended. Thanks to both of them. Worth for friendly & decent attention and approach to the work. All the very best for both off them for their successful business in this New year 2021.

Muthurajan was very responsive and attended the issue. The problem seems to have resolved. However I'd suggest service providers to have transparency on the whole from identifying, isolating the issue, procurement of spares, repair or other coats.

This is Elavarasu from Manapakkam, spoke with Mr. Muthurajan from Ram Appliances regarding my Electrolux washing machine issue and he listened politely the problem I am facing with the washing machine and advised the remedy very honestly. But unfortunately I could avail his services now as it is lock down here due to Covid-19 and in future definitely I will contact him for my home appliances problems.
