VERY WORST service we have ever experienced..we ordered a sofa set and paid advance amount Rs.10k about 3 months back. Till now we didn't receive the product and also the amount paid. The owner has shifted his shop and also not responding to our calls..Pls, I advice to DON'T BUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM RATTAN CANES..

I bought 1 sofa set and swing for my new home. It's looking pretty good and the quality too. But the delivery delayed for 10days. So please try to give at on time.
I have given my order on 20th September 2018 but till now he didn't deliver the furniture. Each and every time he keep on asking excuses for the delay.. lastly, I fed up with this and went to ask my advance amount 10,000. When I visited,i was shocked.. the shop was closed permanently in Panaiyur . Also he not attending my call now.. Total fraud . My next step is to file a police complaint.. He cheated my amount.
Buy here only if you are out of options. If they say one week delivery consider that has one month or more. Little bit pricey for the quality we get.
I rented 2 chairs for an event and we (the owner of the store and I) had agreed that I would give him a deposit and once the chairs were returned, he would return me the deposit minus the rent for the 2 days. Upon returning the chairs to him (Ashok Kumar - the owner), he said he didn’t have any money to pay me back and that he would transfer it to my bank account. I’m based in Mumbai and had to fly out the next day. Obviously, no transfer happened. He doesn’t pick up my calls anymore and it’s been about 10 days now.

The guy Ashok Kumar in Rattan is a fraud.He owned a furniture shop at Injambakkam Trecho furniture which he closed few months back.He took an advance amount before that and till date not a single rupee has been repaid.All false promises by extending the deadlines. As you sow so you reap..Mark my words Ashok Kumar. That 12500 rupees will be remembered as long as this post is seen by hundreds of people. GOOD LUCK
please do not place order to them they say a week at the time of taking advance... then they do not pick your phone .... even if you get through they give flimsy excuses on the delay ... there are better shops if you are willing to search on the ECR road .... order at your own risk To add to the unprofessional behaviour of the owner(Ashok) the number he had supplied is never attend and he give different excuses each time ... to add to owner of me being a fake customer ..i can produce the bills along with the chats ... and if you see more review you can see what iam conveying .. to all the future buyers please read the negative comments and then place order PLEASE NEVER NEVER !!!!!!!!!PLACE ORDER ...WITH THIS STORE
