Stay way from this builder. Before buying their property, please go and visit one of their projects "Neelkamal" in Kazhipathur, chennai. It is more than 11 years and still it is not completed. Please stay way from this builder.

Worst ever Builder in chennai. All its projects have been halted long time and no progress. Cheated so many customers by getting 100% money and not finish the project. Neelkamal, Padmalaya, Czars are on top halted list..!! Don't ever trust this builder. I would give 0 star rating instead of 1 star but it is not accepting.
