Wrost response from sales person. I purchase Reconnect AC they had promised me next day delivery at the time of booking. But next day I ask the sales person they informed me we will take 2days delivery time and installation. They cheated the customer. Please don't go Ambattur Reliance Digital show to purchases any home appliances. I face this type of issue in 2nd time. Pls don't believe they words, Worst showroom.......

The staffs do not have clear knowledge on the products. They just say something for name sake in the way they explain about the product. I just purchased a amazon fire stick and first of all the staff didn't know the rate of the product. He told me 3 different rates on the product. Then I was informed that there is one year warranty for the product.but after billing when I enquired again, he added that there will be no connection to the reliance digital shop in case of claiming the warranty and it's totally my headache to deal with it directly to amazon. This clear explanation has to be given to me before they bill the product so I would have some second thoughts to buy it on amazon app itself where amazon will take care of those warranty stuffs. Also he told then the shop will not accept any return in case of any damage in the product sold. Even a vegetable vendor will take responsible for the product they sell but reliance digital fails to do it. Shame on reliance for this. Every details should be informed to the customer before billing the product. Do not give partial information pre billing then reveal the cruel policy of the shop post billing. On the whole customer satisfaction is null.
