Fully Air conditioned reliance JIO office located in the first and second floor. The customer service for post and pre paid services are responded in the first floor satisfactorily. The technical peoples who deals with tower construction and operations of communication systems are planned and executed in the second floor. Lift and steps are provided but experienced that lift was not working.

I visited this jio Center during quarantine . I got a problem in my jiofi which i was bought in 2016 . It doesn’t comes under warranty policy .So i gave that jiofi device to them to solve the problem . They took 30 mins for checking the device and then they repaired my device at free of cost I saw only one men working in that office properly and others are doing some works . So for solving one issue he took max 30 mins time .so you need to wait in the office or you can come after when there will be free of customers
