They always make you wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour even when u go on pre-book appointment. Next is the service person assigned. They are really sales people rather than mechanic. They try to suggest all uncessary elements to increase the cost. You really can't mention these in review rating which happens in vehicle handover time. The mechanic will force you to give 5 star you can write on your own. I tried but they replace that review sheet with their own one. Yours will go in dustbin. Given all these cons one good thing is that they have nice automatic cleaning process vehicle comes out so soon and neat. Hence 2 stars just for service and process they established.
