EXCELLENT STORE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very very very poor customer service. We went there to purchase things as they have everything under a roof. We bought furniture and other items. Since we bought items from 3 floors we had to bill them separately at each floor. Before billing we were told that we will get all the items delivered if we pay delivery charges. But after delivery we were told that they won't take care of items bought from other floors. The salesman was responding as if I have asked him to deliver items bought from another store. When we asked, the supervisor also was just giving some vague explanations instead of solving the issue. He wasn't even listening to the customer. We went there to shop for 3 days in a row as they have almost every item needed for home. I feel that they should have cared a little bit more on customer service and ask their staffs to behave nicely to customers.

Good spacious air-conditioned store. Holds lots of stuffs.. Cheap and good quality. Provides stationary, kitchen utensils,toys, furniture, kitchen accessories, washing machine, fridge, grinder, mixer, etc.. People who like to sit and wait can use a cushion sofa under the AC. There are other revathy groups in perambur all in same road as follows Revathy daily needs, Revathy textiles, revathy jewellers.

Customer service is very average. At times, you’ll feel why you should go here. Only satisfying thing is that you get most of the items under a roof. They could also run a trivia on naming the movie of the songs played in all their shops. I bet, most of them would fail.

Very bad customer service... never expected such experience from Revathi and delivery person are outright rude and just kept the product in front of gate and didn't deliver in our home by demanding extra charge. Too be honest I would not suggest anyone to buy furniture from this store...they cheat by looting more money with the delivery and when we tried taking the complaint to supervisor he is telling it's our mistake that we should think before ordering things just because we are staying in third floor... like what sort of response is this? We shouldnt order as per our likes and needs... isn't their responsibility to deliver the product in our home when they take separate charges for delivery??

Price are very competitive on comparing with others and even online too! But there's lack of communication among the sales person. Having problem with the delivery department and they are missing some items while they are delivering. Expect the employees everything is good!

We brought a dressing table there and they gave a broken piece and when we called there they didn't respond . Bad service. Not responding on complaint and worst behaviour on the complainant. Worst servicing . Worst respond on call.
