1.Worst maintenance 2.food is bad 3.wifi doesn't work half the time and does not reach to the room 4.there are two washing machine but one plug thus only one can be used at a time, as well as with a waiting time of 2 hrs 5.there is no T.V 6. No room cleaning 7. No fridge, bad Air conditioning, none of the ventilator works 8. Water problem, pipeline problem 9. No heater available 10. Fans and lights don't work 11. No lock for door/bathroom door

Awesome place for Students. This is best accommodations in annanagar. Every PG's got pros and cons. In all aspects this is good among all. I studied in Akash and stayed in this Pg one year.I have enjoyed .
The worst pg i had ever seen. I am staying here since 2017. There is no gesture, no fridge, no television, no study room. Even the fans aren't working properly and poor ventilation. But they advertising that they providing ac, television, gesture, wifi etc. But none of this available here. So don't choose this pg.
Actually I wants to give 0 rating 1. No room service 2. Bad quality Food 3.No Study room 4.No Television & wifi Kindly don't waste you money please search for pg worth of money.

Worst food, no water heater, no TV , some fans aren't working properly.. In their website they notified that they have gym, study room etc, but no such facilities are exist in real...even room cleaning aren't routine... only positive is the bike parking..
Very Bad food, zero maintenance, no wifi, water problem, no fan, tap la water varathu, ac not working properly, no tv, no fridge, no washing machine,
Those who need a calm place to stay choose this..but it costs...
