There is no proper guidance for people here. They simply point to some queue to wait and then once we proceed further and reach the counter, they ask for a signature from a different counter where there is another queue. It is total waste of time for everyone. There is absolutely no social distancing as well. It is a nightmare for anyone who goes there without an agent. It would be of great help if there is some sequential process like we have in passport office.

Staff are not helpful and they make us to run from pillar to post and back to pillar for getting things done. The website should be user friendly and easily accessible to all.

This is a typical government office for you, nothing positive about this office. Utter chaos as always, extremely poor infrastructure, absolutely unfriendly staff and full control of agents and touts. Complete lack of sense to offer a good experience to citizen coming here. The attitude of the employees who are paid for their job is an authoratrian one. They don't seems to be care at all about people, they are behaving like, by doing their job its a huge favour to everyone. Totally obnoxious looks and feel. Except some old chairs there is nothing for visiting people, no water to drink, even they don't have fevical to stick the photos. This is a office in a Metro City like Chennai. Just image a government office in a small town or village. And is there any surprise? We deserve such service? Bye the way, everyone love a government job we know why?
