I had stayed in their place for 1 1/2 years. Initially it was good. But later one of the owners Mrs. Nirmala and the staff lady Mrs.Lakshmi started to show their true colors. Mrs Lakshmi is the worst of all people I have known , She harasses you to the point you would force you to move out of the place.if you ever complaint about her there is always a revenge there from her and Mrs nirmala who are in laws. She would look into your things when you are not there. You would be often forced to change rooms to suit their convenience. They would never ever give back your advance on time. Me and my friend had stayed there at different points of time there. She had to wait for 6 months before they would refund. And had to wait for 1 year. Still haven't received my advance., but managed to get a post dated cheque from one of the other owner Mrs. Usha , who was decent enough to reply when you call. Mrs. Nirmala doesn't even pick your calls once you vacate, there is always an sms stating she is in a meeting., as if!! i have happened to notice the staff lady Lakshmi using the inmates things when they are not there. She would rest on your bed., and use the AC and everything.But the current bill is paid by the inmates. During lockdown they stopped providing food and still we were forced to pay the full amount. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this place, unless it is the last place on earth!
