Poor build and neglection towards owners. Since we bought this property at kelambakkam , we have been asking them to take a look at the leak of pipelines inside the buildings. Now it has gone to a worse condition. This is just perks of buying an expensive house from a group of careless people.

Zero stars... completely non supportive and never answer to any of the questions. Delayed handover for me for more than a year and also they are not ready to even talk or answer the phone calls.

Not even Zero stars, I would give in minus rating. Very worst company, non-responsive management and staff. I had booked a Villa in Paraiso project and paid one lakh advance however not able to buy since my mother was diagnosed with cancer and undergone surgery and I had to spend all my money for the treatment. Even after showing all medical evidence I am yet to get my advance money back. Visited their office in La Avenue but no response, sent many emails to the MD Amar Reddy also but no response. No courtesy with customer, the address shown in website is also fake, the office in Adyar has been vacated years ago. Really frustrated and undergoing lot of undue stress. Never ever think of buying anything with them unless you want to be cheated. Please take my feedback and honest review. The stars can be increased by using fake IDs but mine is real experience so don't get fooled. 11-Mar-19 - Still following up for the money, many reminders, many dates given to me but finally I was told to come to their La Avenue office but to my surprise the office is closed, tried to contact the new in charge Lokesh but no response. So you are buying a house with a company which fake address in the website and no office. What a customer service and credibility. Visited LA Avenue and Paraiso projects, all are half baked, will try again and keep all updated.

Hi, I have purchased a villa at Sai care project in pudupakkam, I am very much satisfied and happy with the builder. Further, the crm and marketing department were fully supportive until my villa handover. Since they are a developing builder, there was a lot of customization acceptance and taken care off properly. I recommend every one those who are planning to buy a villa at OMR to prefer Sai Care.
