These guys directed me to a useless fridge mechanic named as Prabhu from JK info tech, Pallavaram. And the guy replaced the Samsung fridge spare parts with some cheap spares. Guess what, Within a week I had the same problem, but the guy never picked up my call again..... Not sure whether these guys are authorised by samsung..

Worst experience I have ever had.The technician couldn't find wat the issue was in my fridge.He didn't even chk the fridge working .And he charged 350 as visiting charge.pure waste of money
