As a dog mom, I regularly take my dog to Sanchu ever since they had opened in Adyar. This place is the best place in all aspects, for your four legged buddy. It's super convenient as they are open on all days 24*7. If you want to give your pet buddy a bath, think no further. They do a wonderful job. The boarding facilities are of high quality, at a very reasonable price. The kennels are hygienic and they take really good care of the dogs. I was very skeptical of leaving my buddy here initially, but to my complete surprise I was amazed by their care and affection towards my pet.

I'm a pet parent of 13 dogs, and Sanchu hospital has been the go-to place for anything and everything. The space is clean, and the people are professional. I usually visit Dr Akshaya Murali who is highly experienced and extremely empathetic. With her expertise, she has saved many of my pets from extreme illnesses. There is some kind of a connection and blind faith in her. And the best part is, she lives up to it. I've never come across a more professional, caring and kind doctor like her. With every step of the way, she's there to guide and support you.

I've been visiting Sanchu Animal Hospital for over 7 months now regularly with almost 20 different rescue street dogs and I'm with quite happythe service I gotten so far. I would say price range is pretty medium, there is cheaper and more expensive options our there. Many my streer dogs have been cured from cancer and other illnesses and treated well at Sanchu's. And hyw do I choose Sanchu's? Well, firstly they have clean and well designed up to date facilities. Secondly they have all the equipments such as x-ray, testing etc plus a shop / pharmacy in the same location. Something I really like is the online portal where I can access all my pets records in one place and see all the results of tests and treatments etc. This is a huge plus. Also, they have a lot of staff always available which is great and they are very friendly and nice. It's open 24/7 which is amazing. My personal favourite doctor is Dr Premavathi and she's the one I've been taking 90% of my rescues at Sanchu to, so I can only recommend her, as I don't really have experience of others doctors there. The hospital has also improved some things which I found challenging in the beginning such as booking appointments so I'm happy about that. Also, just to give a general recommendation, to anyone taking animals to any hospital in Chennai or India to be proactive, ask questions and stay up to date on treatment and what to do next because I've noticed in India vets are over worked and super busy so just to be sure - we should always keep check on what's going on - confirm medicine dosage etc (just like with doctors for humans) don't just follow blindly - find out and do your research - because every person on this Earth can make a mistake - even doctors. Overall, out of all hospital in Chennai I have taken my street dogs to during 2020, I can warmly recommend Sanchu's.

I took my rescue cat for her shots and deworming and I had specifically asked the vet to check if she was pregnant. He said no, she is not, about 9 days later, she had a miscarriage close to term. How on earth did you miss that? Even while taking the shots, they seemed understaffed and extremely slow which I was fine with. But you take 400 bucks for consultation and couldn't tell if my cat with the bloated tummy was pregnant or not. :/ Not happy at all.

Highly insensible people. Especially receptionist. Went to get my dead puppy. They were speaking like don't even know which puppy and confusing me with oh that puppy oh this puppy. Go to hell I say. My puppy I havwas ready to spend any amount. Idont know why they couldn't save him when I was ready to take care of any expenses and it was curable also. Tick fever.
