Good location. Most places in chennai are flood location like madipakam, velachery etc. Comparing that this location is nice with good connectivity surrounded by houses.

I think its the only Villa Plots township in Perumbakkam at present. Proximity to OMR - IT Corridor is advantage for anyone in Perumbakkam & nearby areas. Could see the monumental growth in last few years. About the place, could see Security folks and project team i believe - sitting and conversing with customers i guess.
