Pathetic Customer relations,.. one mr Srinivasan called me and informed the availability of DIO vehicle and delivery immediate, later on he never returned the call, when asked for availability.. giving some lame reasons.... these people are not serious at all, when informed i will escalate to Honda .. he is saying we are multi brand dealers (in sense they dont worry)... Please dont expect professionalism with these people... Unprofessional service...
