Not happy with the service. I had requested for a home loan a month ago. The property was already approved by them. So they agreed to complete the process in 10 to 15 days. It is still under processing. - Unnecessary delay. - Already provided all the requested documents two copies but again they asked one of the document from the same set. - Staffs are non-responsive. Couldn't get proper response. - Needed to follow up a lot. - Due to delay in processing, they could not provide me the agreed interest rate. It was hiked from March 1st. - If you are thinking to get a loan from SBI, think thrice. Better to go to other bankers.
