Worse Hostel Jayprakash is the owner is completely money minded.. he told you have to stay for 3 months minimum if you want the advance deposit. i paid advance 5500 and after 3 months i vacated the room he returned 3300 after 5 days of vacating he deducted 2200 . For electricity bill he may cut 1000 but 2200 he deducted and now he is not answering my calls..

If worst maintanence have an alternate word then surely it have a word named as shakthi mens hostel no proper maintanence cleaning rest rooms once in a blue moon approx around 50 days No proper billing reg advance payment and also for electricity billings simply kasa ataya potruvanga husband and wife serndhu google la no star option irundha i would opt it better advance amount la evlo thiruda mudiyumo avlo thirudi midhi amount tha ungaluku varum so better avoid his hostel he s having around 5 hostels in and around chennai kknagar saidapet tnagar dhuraipakkam chengalpet nu ela idathulayum idhe than better avoid aprm unga istam photos udan kudiya viraivil sandhikiren
