It's been 2 months since I joined shiva yoga center. Our guru takes sincere efforts to improve our Yoga postures including the relative knowledge to attain the benefits to the full extent. I have initially joined this centre to get rid of my health issues. Now I'm gradually improving it along with my fitness. I have also improved flexibility very much.

Shiva yoga is the best place for someone to start with yoga. The classes by Bhuvana mam are very interactive and a lot of useful information are shared for day-to-day well being .The explanations given by mam has created a lot of interest in yoga.My physical and mental well being have improved a lot.

It has been two months since I joined Shiva Yoga and hands down, it was one of the best decisions I have ever taken. The instructor Dr. Bhuvana Ananth is an Ayurveda doctor as well and her approach to Yoga goes beyond the class, incorporating changes in your lifestyle that aids you in the long run. Yoga is for life and I'm really glad I chose Shiva Yoga to learn it from!

I joined ONLINE Shiva Yoga Center in this pandemic, I joined the classes for my back pain with my friend's reference.Bhuvana ma'am teaches the right technique and focus on what's required. By the end of the first month, my back pain was reduced and my reaction time to many daily activities improved too! Shiva Yoga's meditation classes are too good. After joining shiva yoga, I understood my body type, food habits really well. I thank Bhuvana ma'am for guiding me in right path!

Its not even one month since I joined Shiva Yoga Centre, but I feel many changes within me positively. Our guru personally takes care of each student. She is very passionate about yoga and passes the wisdom in yoga to others. Meditation sessions are held regularly to give mental peace. She provides insights on how to lead a healthy and peaceful life.

My life took a drastic change from toxic life style to a healthy alternative as soon as I joined Shiva Yoga center. The place itself is so enriching with overflowing serenity. Our instructor takes very good care of our health by not just giving us Aasanas during the class time but also ensures that we follow the yogic lifestyle throughout the day. It would be apt to state the fact that our instructor is not just an yoga teacher but also an Ayurveda doctor. I became pregnant during pandemic time. I came to my hometown on my 3rd month. As soon as I left Chennai, both my in laws and my husband tested positive for covid-19 and unfortunately my father in law passed away as he couldn't resist this deadly virus and mother in law and my husband recovered after a long struggle. I had heavy pressure at office as well...I couldn't take care of myself and also the baby at womb..I was mentally stressed and worried about the baby. One day I seen your post on pre natal yoga and I immediately joined the class. Mam, you really created a positivity in me. Your meditation class helped me to relax my mind from these problems. Pre natal yoga made my body flexible and helped me to deliver my child normally. I followed your pre natal yoga and chair surya namaskar regularly and it helped me to push my baby and I had a normal delivery. I was recalling your positive words and reciting maha Mrityunjaya mantra at labour room. Mam, you and your yoga played a vital role in my pregnancy..thanks a lot for your positive approach and wish you a very happy new year..
