After seeing the negative review Ibrahim had sent the person to rectify things, but still not fully rectified even after 2 visits. The screws keep rusting within days of replacement and there is still slight water leakage. Not happy with the overall service. We have to keep following up multiple times to get him to come. Not at all professional. Ordered shower enclosure looking at the positive responses. To my shock they delayed delivery and installation and a sub standard product. Product got rusted within a week and leakage started from 1st day. Ibrahim promised service within 2 days but now he is not even pickinup the calls. In addition to this he tried to sell a door lock to me more than the MRP and had installed local joints which he initially mentioned to be ozone but he later changed it after multiple followups. One of the worst experience and I have learnt my lessons.
poor execution and service. Paid a lot but got a substandard product. Unprofessional service and they don’t stick to timelines committed. Ibrahim is not responding to calls after we made the payment. Also, he had a closed mindet throughout the project. For someone with good reviews and experience we expected him to trouble shoot better. It was a bad experience overall. Please don’t go by the guarantee they offer. Sir, thanks for responding to my review. Please note that although you have mentioned a very good brand, we got a poor quality product.. included pictures below. Also, the tiles are even and were newly laid, there is no issue with the tiles and this was never a topic of our discussion throughout this fiasco. I think you've written such a thing because I refused to remove my review and to find blame with us. Please verify your facts.
Ordered saint gobain glass doors for my office, i am satisfactory with them for their excellent finish of the doors(no noise while handling).
Bath area looks good after making glass enclosure.The shower doors slides smoothly, enough space inside the enclosure..O.K..i feel satisfactory.
They fixed 3 shower enclosures in our newly constructed house and i am satisfactory with their work.
