Worst worst worst service and company giving even one star is too over for this Aquaguard.... Ever seen such a worst service firstly they called and said we are offering a service for just 150 rupees r u interested they talked in a very gentle manner.... I tooo accepted because my filter is also not in good condition... They send TECHNICIAN PALANI and he came and charged 350 rupees... After some days filter was not operating well so once again i called them they send the same technician and the technician said the machine is totallydamaged so we need to change the machine he got the technician from the Sigma itself and again he charged 8900 rupees and once again the machine is fault now i called one of the girl in this company because she usually calls me and asked WE PROVIDE A SERVICE FOR JUST 150 are you interested like that and she said you are not paid 8900 rupees like that so what i had donena i called for a service they said we will send you a technician tomorrow i the technician is coming to location from 3 days not responding properly A FRAUD SIGMA AQUAGUARD LITERALLY FRAUD.... ESPECIALLY THE GIRL SANDHYA AND TECHNICIAN PALANI...

Fraud and cheating service company!!!! They will send senior technicaian for general service for 150 rupees and repair some internal part while refixing the good working purifier. The parts price will be around 1000-3000 rupees. Dont allow service people to come for general service from siqma aquaguard service for valasaravakkam and alapakkam. Dont get carried away by their tele calling people. BE AWARE FROM THESE KIND OF PEOPLE!!!!!!!
Agree, giving 1 star as there is no less star.They dont call back - technician came and replaced the filter container, did not even fit washer, and water is leaking. Called and he does not come back, neither does the company assist

i will rate this as -5.The Worst service ever experienced. The customer service people are not polite and technical guy is still more worse . He removed the Silicon filter and took its almost an month he has not responded back and customer service is also not responding properly. i strongly just you to go with some other service center. its a best hospital for low BP people, you need not take any meditation these people will raise it.Worst customer service and product service
They are cheaters...we took the service from them around october 2018 and now we called them for service...now they are asking to pay for it...cheater company...dont take service from them...
