This is our first home and was very smooth journey for us.we must admit that It was well managed and they were step ahead in terms of assurance. Very satisfactory.there wasn't any issues at any stage and the reason was clear information from the very beginning. They are not builders but a brokers who just have only documents of some plots and try to sell it. They does not know the owners. All the other reviews are posted by their own staffs. If you want to know about them just ask any other broker or genuine builder in Guduvancherry. They are completely fake. BEWARE of them.
There are many case against them in local police station. They are doing double document properties. They sell with fake documents where as original owner will sue us with original documents. They are working only for the money and not feel about the human trust. Am in critical condition as I invested all my savings in that plot which was duplicate property of mine now. Pls do not trust them. I trusted them based on the previous reviews but all are fake, each review is given by their own people.
I can't say enough about how easy the entire process was for me and my family! We were kept in the loop, got to help in the decision-making process, and stayed on budget which always makes me particularly happy. Thank you again and I look forward to my next build with Namma Family Builder.
