Extremely satisfied with them, found them reasonably priced as well. They not only repaired my cellphone which was having speaker issue for months and some issues in volume buttons as well (I got to know about this service centre very recently), they actually did it quickly and efficiently (no issues since the repair done at their outlet). I found the service technicians extremely helpful, knowledgeable in their line of areas and well-behaved. Best wishes to them...

Excellent service @ affordable price.. One Plus Service center estimated 6000 rupees fr my Display gap pblm.. Here, fixed it for around 600..Clean and neat work..

I have gave my Asus mobile to change display. When I asked, "r u an authorized service centre?" F****r said, yes we are!. believed and gave my mobile. I asked for original display f****r replied we always have original product for service. The next day I got my mobile after changing display. I asked for bill, but they are pointing to pay my bill amount, but I refused. They turned in anger and said pay the bill amount and get the mobile. I wondered how that original product will not have bill, I try to test the mobile it was switched off. I asked them to put my mobile in charge they replied shop is closed come tomorrow if you have any issue. I tested it in home it is a faulty display, next day I went to same service center they said it was working fine when we tested, you did something to the mobile. Mother f**k are not changing the display nor returning my money. Guys be aware of these cheater and DNT rick urself.

Might be fine for small issues, but it is better to go to authorised service centers for major issues. Was afraid my phone's screen would break seeing the way they handled it -- pulled the battery out forcefully instead of carefully removing the tape attached to it. I feel I could have got better and cheaper service at an authorised service centre. The prices they quote for parts are high -- about 2-3x compared to online prices like a previous review mentioned. I had to go there a second time and wait for about 2 hrs as they failed to notice some obvious problems (which they bluntly insisted they fixed previously)
