THIS SHOWROOM IS GOOD FOR BUYING NEW BIKES BUT SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AND ITS BEEN SECOND TIME I ASKING TO CLEAN THE CHAINS PROPERLY AND LUBE WELL AND THIS TIME CLUTCH CABLE IS HALF TIGHT SO BEFORE DELIVERY WE NEED TO CHECK THE BIKE OUT SELF THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE PROPERLY SO I WANT THE SHOWROOM TO DO A PROPER SERVICE JUST LIKE SELLING BIKES

Very Poor Service Centre. They won't care of what the Problems we are telling in the Bike. They know to Change New Parts but they won't Repair or fine tune it. I have been servicing my INTRUDER for the last 3 Paid Services and I have been complaining about ABS Lights not going off, Speedometer Show Random Numbers, FRONT FORK Suspension issues, Disc Brake Sound, Rear Tailight Glowing all the Time. But till now they are handing over the vehicle with the same condition. This is Real Cheating. Actually 0 Star but there is no option ,so given 1 star. I am going to Write a mail to SUZUKI TWO WHEELERS INDIA Regarding this issues.

Went for a simple water wash for my GS150R. I understand these jobs are outsourced to contracters. They just watered the bike but didn't cleaned at all. After I reported they took back the bike and cleaned again which took overall 1.30hrs. The bike is full wet and even before cleaning spark plug they are self starting. They are not collecting any feedback from customer. I recommend them to improve some professionalism and not spoil the brand value.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....... I gave my vehicle for the service in the morning and I am the first one in the showroom. However they have not given any priorities and They serviced my vehicle last and delivered late night. They don't have any facilities to pay the bill for online transactions. Even though they have they have not published any where in the showroom. We are talking about digitalisation and online transactions. This showroom so long way to go to competitive with other companies. Also, myself waited in billing counter as well as vehicle delivery area so long. My suggestion to Google to give negative rating as well since we need to give negative rating for such a dealer to create a awareness from the people. My suggestion to go to other dealrs they might give good customer service and offers.

Best place for water wash worth 2k. Stunned with their services. Better send ur bike for scrap than leaving service there.

They will Listen to all the Problem's in bike and finally do only water wash (that too not good) and charge you 1.5K (Remaind's me the comedy of "Annanukku orru uthappam")
