Very worst service. Even after customer explicitly mentioned, they are doing the same mistake again. Given Vehicle complaint is not resolved. Waste of time and money. No quality of work.

Place which offers both Service for bikes And sale of new bikes And sale of spare parts But service charge is high here But the good thing is You can buy spare parts all type of spare parts are readily available and sold Following are spare parts which i bought for my bike

Useless service. My bike wasn't starting. One of the service guy called a mechanic. Mechanic tried to start but he could not. Then he said some trouble with the engine and would cost around 15,000 to 20,000. I was shocked. How could he have come to this conclusion just by kicking the starter ?!?!. I took the bike to a local mechanic shop. In 5 minutes he found the problem. The starting coil was not working. Upon replacing the coil with a new one, the problem was solved. If I had listened to these guys, I'm sure they would have collected 20,000 for a non-existent problem.

Service centre is very bad. We need to wait at least one hour for our turn to hand over the bike to service man. Main thing is they will charge huge for spare parts. Unnecessarily change your spare parts and make charge for that. Now I stopped giving my bike servicing here and going to another hero showroom. There they are not charging minimal amount and it comes with in our budget

Worst service center, for a single bike job card entry they are taking some half an hour time and they don’t even care about the waiting customers we are waiting here for almost 3hrs. They have only two service representatives and we asked for the extra representatives and that representative person randomly saying that only two people you have to wait. For a scooter service itself they are asking 2 days for the delivery. I don’t even know for what purpose they are asking RC and insurance just for the oil service.

Very worst service and service staff very worst behaviour ...I went engine noise problem he said noise will arrested but with in two days that noise will came again then onceagain I will go and ask him but no response after that I go another local service shop he solve engine noise hearafter I never go that Smc hero service ..

Very worst behaviour from the person who creates the job card. Unprofessional person. They don't know how to speak to customer. They are fighting with their colleagues. Then i moved adyar motor and i spend around 12k for service and spares. I am very hapy for and service. I wont recommend this showroom to anyone. There are two tall guys very worst behaviour
