!!!!NEVER GO FOR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM!!!! WARNING ALERT I have paid for the weight loss program. But they trained me under the fitness. Still no proper training to improve my muscles and stamina. I signed the papers without validity mentioned. When I was unable to attend the sessions due to personal work then they came with the validity period. They charge expensively compare other places however they are lacking in the amenities such as no showering, no Floor mats in workout area. Also No positive motivation from the trainers side over here. They always feedback negatives. Because I feel difference between sparrc mount road and current fitness studio.

I have visited this place for my sciatica trouble and as per the advise of Dr kannan pugazhendi I had muscle strengthening by Madam vishnu priya physio with much respect and concern and had my physio excercises REGIME from madam kanthimathi till today with much support at SPARRC mount road branch I appreciate the way they take care and I assure I will do the excercises as per their instruction for my welfare
Came with low back and shoulder pain, feet and hand. My pain is reduced to 70%. Better treatment. Thanks to doc kannan, Asif sir,Anshika ma'am. (Mount road)

Myself had affected sivere neck and shoulder pain had admitted few days in other hospital. Later suggested by one of my friend to meet sparrc institute once myself had came and seen for an immediate review at that time only I had got confidence to recover something. Later myself followed the advice of the therapiszt Mr Asif had personally reviewed on case to case and situation to situation gave advices and corrections for my physic development. Based on his routine followed up recovering from my case started from peak 9. Now myself had showing as 0.8 great improvement.
I'm a football player... I had a injury on my both knees... Ortho doctor advice surgery for my injury.....but I don't want to undergo surgery.. My brother advised to meet Dr.Kanna... I consulted dr.kanna @ sparrc Alwarpet followed by treatment taken @ Sparrc mountroad... After the session of therapy my pain was very much reduce...then I started rehabilitation with them .. now I can able to do squats with out pain ... I hope I can able to back my sports soon ...
