Very very worst experience. Paid 20000/- advance for 30000/- bill and had to wait for a day for even processing and getting the bill. They are so rude in answering too. Such irresponsible staff. Waited for hours to make cancellation. They don't provide manager number. They say no refund once paid. The staffs are so cheap in attitude who think we get their specs for free. Very very bad experience and total waste of time and money. Would not even rate single star for them if such option is available.

Could give them less than one.....when you are in a product industry trying bring it to the customer, you have to be polite and genuine. Never promise one thing and do just the opposite. Poor customer service and worst product satisfaction. What I don’t understand is that here and there positive reviews like 1 in 10.....are you fooling the customers with that too??
Very worst shop.This adyar branch is very worst.poor service .They don't deserve a single star also .The staffs are brainwashing the customer .If we give our specs after paid and delivered for replacement they are giving back the specs after a so much of weeks . The staffs are worst .waste of money .cost is very high .There making us to buy two specs even we want one specs only .if any problem with the specs they are saying it will happen like that only .please don't go to this shop .I had a poor experience with this shop. Very poor service; not worth for money and the commute we are taking.
No proper feed back two months not able to deliver correct power.they have silmply saying that slight power difference no proper respond waste of money.And they called to collect the specs once we came from 10kms they asking to come after half hour its lunch time 4 persons are going at same time..worst service .still now not received the specs. Choose a wrong place to for specs..Eyes are more important but they are playig with that.worst service .again went to shop to enquiry abt t spec that time only shop manager said spec had been replaced and came but no one inform abt to spec very very worst support t customer.really say never go to the spec maker specially adyar branch.very worst service.then finally I shouted at them and asked the reason why power has not checked.they blindly saying i changed the glass why are u shouting.store manager itself speaking very arrogantly.
Pathetic and worst service. They don't keep up the commitment.. Ordered was suppose to be delivered in 4 days and it's been 9 days now.. No concrete answer.. No seriousness among the staffs.. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH. WORST EXPERIENCE..
They don’t deserve even one star. Awful awful experience. I ordered my specs a week back. It still hasn’t come. And they are unable to give me an answer as to when it will come. The only answer they are able to give is the lens chipped when they were getting it ready. Don’t know what they do when they get it ready. Use a hammer and chisel I suppose. Pls don’t go here.
