I Have Been Using A Yonex Arcsaber light 15i For Over A Year Now , I Got My Guts Changed At This Shop Recently And Went To Play Badminton , The First Few Shot I Played With The New Guts , My Racket Crumbled And Cracked And The Frame Broke , Without Any Clash Or Contact To The Frame , Tried To Go To The Shop And Explain To Them , That The Guts Being Too Tight Caused The Racket To Break , But They Were Adamant That It Wasnt Their Fault , And Just Didnt Respond To Me , Very Rude Staff And , The Staff Are Very Ignorant And , Service Is Really Bad, Despite Visiting The Shop For Years Theres No Understanding Customer Problems , Really Upset And Sad With The Recent Encounter.........
