I used to attend Aerobics here 4 years back.. It used to be a great 1 hour session. The instructors are professional and friendly. Since I shifted my house after marriage, I am unable to attend it. But I miss it a lot!

My Life Started here as a Dance Career before 5 years . I was a Student here later a part time Dance Instructor and currently now iam a proprietor of my own Dance school all happened because of my interest and by the training of spring boots Academy of Dance. 2ヶ月前からエアロビクスに通ってます。朝6時半からは、気合いと切れのあるベテラン先生、8時半と10時からは、お茶目な若先生が教えてくれます。毎日、メニューが変わり、とても楽しく体を鍛えることが出来ます。
